Advising

Recommendations for the Pibox platform to attract and generate more users in its customer segments in the UK market.

Recommendation 1: Introduce a freemium period of between 1-2 months (preferably 2 months) that creates a lock-in effect for music studios and producers using the platform for this period of time.

Recommendation 2: Build a clear feedback portal into the Pibox Music platform and provide incentives such as rewards for giving feedback, such as an additional month freemium period.

Recommendation 3: Extended this reward system also for introducing Pibox Music to other studios and producers that sign up to the platform. Such as an extended freemium period or additional storage space.
